And if you've got a second, I'd like to tell you why I do what I do.
During the first few years of my career, I worked in fundraising for non-profits where having the right messaging can be the difference between life and death. As I transitioned into the agency world and cut my teeth as a digital strategist, content creator and designer, I began to visualize a better way forward.
In time, this idea grew to the point where I simply couldn't ignore it any longer. I decided to leave and started my first company.
I believe there is too much unintentionality in the world. Too much hustle without direction. Too much "go" and not enough "where?"
I believe people are starved for authenticity and meaning. They care less about what you do and more about how and why you do it.
I believe that intentions are everything. What matters most in life isn't your plan, but how you create that plan. Is it by design, or by default? Is this your plan, or someone else's?
